4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Booking fees may be transferred only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, and the new appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the cancellation.
  • Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
